Frequently Asked Questions

What documents do I need to rent a bike or scooty?+

You need your original Aadhar Card and a valid Driving License. A refundable security deposit is also collected at pickup and returned when you drop the vehicle back safely.

Is a helmet included? Can I get two helmets?+

Yes — helmets are provided with every rental at no extra cost, and riding without a helmet is not allowed. Please take care of them: a lost helmet is charged at ₹800 and a lost key at ₹400.

Can I keep the vehicle overnight?+

Vehicles should be returned to our office by 8 PM. If you'd like to keep the vehicle overnight, a night charge of ₹250 applies — just inform us in advance on WhatsApp.

Can I take the bike outside Udaipur city?+

Standard rentals are for Udaipur city local use. Outstation trips to Nathdwara, Kumbhalgarh, Haldighati, Jaisamand, Ubeshwar, Rayta Hills and Alsigarh are allowed with prior permission at ₹1000 extra fare. Tell us your plan and we'll suggest the right bike.

Where do I pick up and drop the vehicle?+

Pickup and drop are both at our office: Shop No. 43, opposite Bharat Petrol Pump, Udaipole, Udaipur — 2 minutes from the railway station and city bus stand.

Is fuel included in the rent?+

Fuel is not included — vehicles are handed over with enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump (conveniently, we're right opposite one!). Puncture repair during the rental is the customer's responsibility.

Do you offer weekly or monthly rentals?+

Yes! We offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly rentals — great for students, working professionals and long-stay travellers. Message us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
